Comments Plugin menu buttons duplicate

* Describe the bug

Buttons for “Edit” “Delete” and “Quote reply” are oddly duplicated.

In my case, they are part of a block within KanBan card popup (I don’t know why that specific block would matter, just trying to give all the information).

This is a known issue, and we’re currently waiting for an optimization to the comments plugin.
In the meantime, you can try clearing your cache and re-adding the action buttons as a temporary workaround.
