Comments Plugin - Dark Mode

* Describe the bug

When in dark mode, several areas for the Comments Plugin must need some adjustments to the stylesheet. You can see that the background behind “commented an hour ago” and the button bar (see post about that weirdness here) are needing to be flipped. Also the background of the previous comment box—there actually is white text in that box if you highlight it—needs to be addressed. I would also say the background behind the toolbar for the new comment box should be made dark, and the tool icons turned white in dark mode?

These issues have been noted, and we will work on a unified dark mode stylesheet optimization for the Comments Plugin in future updates. Thank you for your feedback!
