Using SQLite for User Database

Hello,
I’m using SoftMaker Office which uses a sqlite database to store their Data for a form letter. SoftMaker has no ability to connect to another Database. Just .xlsx or sqlite. Exporting my user fields is possible but not smart. So, is there an opinion to store my NocoBase Userdatafields in a sqlite Database?

is a chance to use a .xlsx file as Dataimport??? I only want ONE Place to maintain my Userdata.
