Using same block for add and edit?

Hi,

Let’s say you have a form for creating an organisation. Is it possible to use the same form for both add and update?

This is helpful in scenarios such as where there is a field called VAT Registration Number. It should only be visible when the VAT registered boolean is ticked.

If I have two separate forms then I have to configure twice.

I am using V2 alpha so if there is away to configure using a V2 page, that would be ideal.
