We can freely move pages around, in the menu or inside another page.
Moving is not possible with a page tab content.
Now, your only option is to recreate the tab. This is quite a task if you have a couple collection blocks in it, which link to a another popup, and so on.
If page tabs can be moved, this would be a big improvement.
