Send email to client in friendly format

@shleyZ @support When order is created an email is send along with order details but the details in the order is not in a friendly format

also as we have a relationship in order collection with product so product ID is showing not the product name in the email.

please support how can we send in a table form and how can we show product name instead of product ID

The workflow email supports HTML, so you can format the content however you like. You can also create a table in the email to include all the order line items. Just make sure to assemble all the data you want to show before sending.
