Send attachments in the email using workflow

In the workflow I configure to send an email when invoice is issued in our system.

how we can add pdf file link or pdf file attached in the email to send to customer.

currently we are using like this

Dear Customer,

We hope you are doing well.

A new invoice 00001 has been issued on 2025-08-20.

To request a copy of the invoice, please simply reply with “Yes, send me the invoice” and it will be sent to you.

This is an automated email from our system. No action is required if you have already received the invoice.

You can directly add a PDF file link in the email content, or dynamically insert the link using a variable so that the customer can click to download or view the invoice. May I ask what issue you encountered during this process?

A common concern we’ve encountered is that many businesses are hesitant to click links in emails due to security protocols. As a result, they have requested that we send PDF attachments directly. We believe this is a valid request that aligns with standard security practices.
