Question about ALLOW SELECTION OF EXISTING RECORDS in sub table

Hi,

I wanted to as that the option: ALLOW SELECTION OF EXISTING RECORDS

is this all records from the order items table which we previously created?

if yes then why only few records is showing not all?

and is there any way to filter these records to show by matching customer name field so all existing records can be shown related to that customer only?

Because it’s a one-to-many relationship field, data that’s already linked won’t be linked again.

Is there any way to show last prices based on customer when creating new order?

Please specify the price: is it the price of each individual product, or the total price of the order?

Price for each product like line items I can show in the customer page in a history tab like this

but while creating new order I didn’t’ find a way to show this as this only shows in the details page not in add new page.

so is there any way to show this table in add new page so we can set database scope to the customer’s name. Only order line items show which match with the customer’s name in order
