Order items rearrage when edit them

when I create order with item A

then edit that order and add item B and item C

the sequence should be
item A
Item B
Item C

but it shows like this
Item C
Item B
Item A

in this picture last two items where added while creating the order but after I edit adn added more items the first tiem FLN-0871 shows in the last.

I am using
v2.4.0-alpha.10
windows server 2025
docker desktop
