Moving from docker to create-nocobase-app?

Are there instructions for moving a self-hosted docker (docker compose) based NocoBase project to a create-nocobase-app project?

I have been using the self-hosted docker installation of NocoBase. I now find myself needing some features that seem to be available only in the create-nocobase-app installation. For example, Migration and Backup.

Are there instructions for completing a move? Can I still use docker compose?

(There are suggested instructions from AI, but I’d rather follow approved product documentation.)

NocoBase’s deployment method is independent of its functionality. Migration and backup functions are commercial plugins that require purchase for automatic download and use.
