Linkage rules don't work fine for Submit button in Form (Edit)

I’m using version v2.0.0-alpha.39.
The linkage rules for the Submit button in the Form (Edit) block aren’t working correctly. The button state doesn’t change depending on the field value and doesn’t update when scrolling through records.

P.S.
I’m very excited about Nobase, but I have a few concerns about how it displays some elements incorrectly. Should I create a separate thread for each minor issue, or list them all in one?

Same with the Field linkage rules for Form (edit). If I want to hide a field in a certain condition, the same thing happens as with a button.
