How to use User Role and Permision for set diffrence Menu for each role

I create new apps google form like application.
if i create more than one form i would like to separate the menu between user.
I have configure new role and asign the menu for selected role.
when i change my role to the newly created role the menu is not showing the content only blank.
what I missing in the configuration?

When configuring permissions for roles in NocoBase, you need to configure menu and data source permissions. Menu permissions control whether users can see the menu, and data source permissions control whether users can see the blocks on the menu page.
