Hi, the plugin has updated to v0.5.2 (Apr 22,2026) on Chinese community:

  1. Fixed existing known issues (your “Not work” problem is likely fixed)
  2. Added auto-fullscreen feature for mobile devicesEarlier v0.4.8 also added fullscreen button & optimized mobile UI layout.Kindly download the latest v0.5.2 installation package and replace your old v0.3.7 plugin.

This plugin cannot run standalone. You need to deploy either KKFileView or BaseMeta(BM) preview service by yourself first, then update plugin to v0.5.2 to fix your problem.
