What does this do, it indicates the chart being viewed is cached and also indicates the last updated time.
Example : “Cached view - last updated YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm: a | (updated every 5 minutes)” or what ever date format the user indicates that the date should be displayed.
It gives users the knowledge that the data they are looking at is not realtime data, but cached information.
