There is a very useful and effective action called Duplicate record (using a special plugin called “Action: Duplicate record”). However, it can only be called from the Table block.
Is it possible to add the ability to call the duplicate record function not only in the table block, but also in other “list” blocks (List, Grid, Kanban, etc.)?
Ideally, it would be great to have the duplicate function available directly on the Record Details page. After all, we are essentially duplicating (copying data) one specific selected record, and it doesn’t matter where we “see” it or “mark it for duplication” — in the list or directly on the details page.
I think this would be a convenient option, because duplicating a record saves a lot of time when reproducing repetitive values, so you don’t have to enter the same thing over and over again.
