Hello everyone! Here is another issue, I tried for 3 hours to find a solution to this problem and nothing.
So, I have two pages, Inventory and Tool Requests.
I need to combine/concatenate fields Serial Number (Single Line Text) and Tool Type (Single Select). I need the combined fields to show in Tool request page as a Many to One field “Serial and Type”. This way, the serial is linked to the type of tool. I thank you for your help. Muchas gracias.
Could you provide the detailed field information for these two collections? The description is not clear enough.

Inventory fields:
-Serial or part number (single line text)
-Tool Type (Single select)
-Combined Fields (Formula)
Tool Request field:
-Item SN/PN Description (Many to One)(Combined Field from inventory)
This many to one in Tool Request brings info from inventory, but it is not searchable as you type inside the field box, they disappear.
Could you minimize and reproduce this issue on this demo?
Ok. So I will try to recreate simple collections and the steps I took. I assume that is what you are saying.
Hi, I re-created the same collections at the link you’ve provided, and it works. The combined characters are searchable. But i still have the issue on my docker set-up. I believe it is a glitch. Or something. I type the characters, and they all disappear. Not being indexed perhaps?! Tnx.
Hello there! Working on that BUG? I reinstalled NocoBase and still cannot search specific text when cell is combined. Cheers!
