[Bug] Option list of Select fields disappeared

Hi everyone, I am experiencing an issue with the Single select fields.

The option list of Single select fields in some random collections disappeared without any reasons. Is anyone also facing this issue or is there any ways for me to trace the root cause?

Environment:

  • NocoDB Version:39 (v2)
  • Browser: [Chrome]
