Block Template of new plugin version is not showed, only show template of old plugin version

* Describe the bug

I upgraded to version 1.7.0-beta.20. I created a block-template (with the new plugin). But when creating a data-block on the page, it does not show up for selection, while only the data-block from the old version is displayed.

  • NocoBase version: 1.7.0-beta.20
  • Database type and version: MySQL 8.0
  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x86_64
  • Deployment Methods: docker
  • Docker image version: 1.7.0-beta.20
  • NodeJS version:

Hi chipdien,

This issue has been fixed in 1.7.0.beta.21, could you please update and try again?

Also, we decided to bring back the old templates functionalities in coming beta release.
