Add New Record with Auto Fill Record by Current Login info

Hi, anyone have any idea?
I would like to make “Add New” form to auto fill the user record. Refer to the Image I only able do by “Set default value” which filter only current login user record. But how to amke this filter auto fill the field instead of manual click the record? I try “Linkage rules” also not meet my need.

Click “Current user” instead of “Nickname”.
