The ability to add sub titles would be very useful on pages, and all components. For example to currently add a description/subtitle to a table or chart, you have to create a markdown component.
This doesn’t really help the layout or the UI.

This is in addition to the Block title. This can be of smaller text which is more descriptive than the title.
Title: Last 30 Days Payment
Subtitle: This shows the last 30 days payment for the user account.
