we are testing the Nocobase application and would like to start using it internally, but me (as responsible person) have one question about the workflows.
I am sorry, if the question is trivial, but I hope someone could help.
I have a table with daten.
For example:
Product | Report Date | Partner | Sold Units | Revenue
The table holds data for Products with sales reports for a month-year (date). And the data there is about sold units and revenue.
e.g. Product X | Nov 2024 | Partner A | xxx | yyy.yy €
In this table there are several thousands entries for different dates and products and partners etc.
I would like to ask you, if there is a possibility, to show cummulated data. Especially when I am using filters. For my work I need sometimes an overview with different permutations.
When I filter for some of the data, I need this cumulated numbers, too.
e.g 1. sales for a special product
e.g 2. sales for Product X and Product Y (not not other products) for a special timeframe e.g. year 2023
e.g. 3 sales for product Y for Partner A for Month Nov2024 or jan2023 or…
etc.
So you see some mixes of data, I need. Using filters is no problem, but how I can cummulate data for my table? especially with my different filters?
Working with aggrigated tables is not flexible enough for me. 
I read somewhere, that it should be possible with workflows, but I don’t understand how I can use them right.
Could please anyone help?
