Feature Request | Trigger Workflow when record details page is opened

Hi Team,

Have a new feature request. It would be helpful to have these features:

  • A new system field called ‘last viewed’ that would save the most recent time and date when a user viewed/ accessed a record details page.
  • Ability to automatically trigger a workflow when a user opens and views a record details page.

Hello, you can use the event flow of actions/buttons to trigger click events to execute JavaScript and send requests to invoke workflows.
