Attendance Collection not working

I have designed 3 tables like this

Table 1 - Team Name

Table 2 - Team Members

Table 3 - Designation (member position in company)

now if i want to make attendance based on the team i need choose team and load all the information as sub table and have new columns

is there any one who done it
